Our bar is inspired by the cocktail bars of New York and the cafes of Paris. A chic yet relaxed vibe, offering cocktails, wines, coffees as well as food thoughout the day and night in the heart of Covent Garden.
The bar can accommodate 100 guests and is open late to 1 am.
The Wellesley CupFor this week’s cocktail we’ve taken inspiration from the Great British Summer. We crush up plenty of fresh British raspberries, mint and cucumber from Kent and a little brown sugar. We shake this with a generous pour of classic Pimm’s No.1 and more than a little Scottish Hendrick’s cucumber & rose scented Gin, then strained over ice and topped with Old Jamaica Ginger Beer. The result is a fresh, zingy twist on a traditional Pimm’s Cup – and one we’re very proud of! |
When searching for a name for this most British of drinks, we couldn’t resist honouring hero of the Old Empire Mr Arthur Wellesley...better known as the Duke Of Wellington, after whom our very street is named.
So, sip this as a sundowner and relax the dusk away, remembering a time when the sun never set on British soil.
Normally The Wellesley Cup is priced at £6.95 but is available for free for the first fifty.
