Our bar is inspired by the cocktail bars of New York and the cafes of Paris. A chic yet relaxed vibe, offering cocktails, wines, coffees as well as food thoughout the day and night in the heart of Covent Garden. The bar can accommodate 100 guests and is open late to 1 am.

Ingredients :
35ml Zubronka vodka
15ml Grand Marnier
15ml Vanilla Syrup
10ml Lemon Juice
5 Raspberries

Method:
Muddle the raspberries in the base of the shaker, add all spirits and juice. Shake hard and strain over crushed ice into an old fashioned glass.

Garnish :
Orange twist and mint leaf.
